Training Programs
Foundation classes for young beginners, building coordination, confidence, and respect through playful training.
Ages 4 – 7Developing technique, kata, and kumite fundamentals. Students progress through belt ranks and competitive preparation.
Ages 8 – 14Comprehensive Shitō-Ryū training for all levels — from white belt beginners to advanced Dan grade practitioners.
Ages 15+Elite training for tournament-level athletes. Intensive kata and kumite sessions for national and international competition.
